The Chauffeur's Uniform when he gave Nick the invitation to Gatsby's party. It was a Robin's Egg blue, like he was a messenger bird from Gatsby.

"Well you take my coupe and let me drive your car to town." The suggestion was distasteful to Gatsby. pg 121. This is important to the plot because Gatsby drove the blue car into town and Tom drove the yellow car into town and stopped at the Wilson's. Later in the story, George remembers this yellow car which foreshadows the end of the novel.
